Products and orders

Our jewelry descriptions identify materials and details for each item; please review the individual listing before purchasing. Colors and appearance can vary by screen. Availability and prices may change. An order is an offer to purchase; we may decline or cancel an order where permitted by law, for example if a product is unavailable or information is incorrect. If an order is cancelled after payment, any refund due will be issued.

Prices and payment

Shipping and returns

United States orders ship free by UPS. Processing generally takes 1–3 business days and transit 3–7 business days; estimates are not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy for cutoff and details. To request an eligible return or exchange, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We cover return shipping for eligible returns and exchanges. See our Return and Refund Policy for the process.
