This notice supplements the Privacy Policy of 21K Jewelry and describes choices available to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (CCPA), where applicable.
Information and purposes
When you browse our jewelry store, place an order or contact us, we may collect identifiers and contact details; order, payment and transaction information; communications; and device, internet activity and approximate location information derived from your connection. Information comes from you, automatically through cookies and similar technologies, and from providers such as Shopify and our payment processor.
We use this information to operate the store, process payments, fulfill orders, arrange delivery and returns, respond to inquiries, improve services, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. We may disclose relevant information to Shopify, payment providers, UPS and other service providers, and where required by law. We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for these purposes, subject to legal obligations and applicable rights.
Shopify and advertising-related sharing
We do not currently send marketing email or SMS or use advertising or analytics tools outside Shopify. Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled; Shopify may use customer data with other Shopify data to improve products, ad targeting and personalization. Certain advertising-related use or sharing may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under California law. For more on Shopify’s practices, see Shopify’s consumer privacy policy.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law and exceptions, California residents may request to know or access personal information, obtain a portable copy, correct inaccurate information, delete information, and opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may also have the right to limit certain uses and disclosures of sensitive personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Submitting a request
Email or call us to request access, correction, deletion or another applicable right. Tell us the request type and provide enough information for us to locate your information; do not send full card details. We may verify your identity and, where applicable, an authorized agent’s authority. We will respond within the time required by law. Some information may be retained where permitted or required, such as for transactions, security or legal obligations.
