Shipping policy

We deliver jewelry within the United States by UPS at no shipping charge.

Processing and order cutoff

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Our daily cutoff is 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on a weekend or holiday, enter the processing queue on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Delivery estimate

After dispatch, UPS transit generally takes 3–7 business days. Allow approximately 4–10 business days in total for processing and transit. Estimates are not guarantees; weather, carrier delays and other circumstances may affect delivery.

Tracking and delivery assistance

When your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout. Please check your address before placing your order and contact us promptly if it needs correction. If a package is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, let us know so we can help.
